Information for Candidates

​

JCQ, is a UK-based organization representing the providers of qualifications, such as GCSEs and A-levels. Its purpose is to provide a unified voice for these awarding bodies on matters of examination administration, qualification policy, and public education. 

​

The notices below are issued by the Joint Council for Qualifications (JCQ) and must be read and adhered to by all candidates. They are available to read on the school website under Pubic Examination Information and pupils will be given a copy and taken through the rules prior to sitting any public examinations.

Any candidate who is suspected of breaching these rules will be investigated for malpractice following the guidelines issued by JCQ “Suspected Malpractice in Examinations and Assessments”
